Man United Left Back Telles Spotted In Crutches

Alex Telles, the left-back for Manchester United, has been seen on crutches as he recovers from an ankle injury.

After suffering an injury during training last month, the 28-year-old has been ruled out for the start of the season.

Telles, who came from Porto last summer, was injured during a training session at Pennyhill Park ahead to the Red Devils’ 4-2 pre-season loss to QPR.

After leaving Victors Restaurant in Hale on Sunday evening, the Brazil international was photographed on crutches.

After leaving the facility, the United defender was also seen wearing a protective boot on his right foot.Commenting on his injury last week, boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said: “Unfortunately, it’s worse news on Alex Telles than we hoped for.

“His ankle injury is a little bit more severe than we hoped and he’ll be out for a little spell at least, the whole of August I would think.

“That is football. We’ve got kids wanting to play of course.
