Three members of Manson Oyongo’s security detail have been killed in an accident as they were travelling to a funeral in Magenche, Bomachoge Borabu.
According to the police, the probox car they were riding in lost control, knocked a pedestrian and a motorcycle before rolling multiple times in the Riobonyo area.
Two other passengers are fighting for their lives in the hospital while another two are being treated with injuries.
Oyongo was unhurt as he was in another vehicle at the time of the accident.
Police officers have launched a manhunt for the driver who fled the scene of the accident.
