Migori Speaker Boaz Okoth caught on suspicion of stealing Finance documents.
According to Migori County Commander Mark Wanjala, the controversial speaker was caught up by police officers in the early morning break-in.
He is said to have been in the company of 7 unknown people, who were ransacking the office of finance documents.
He was apprehended after a stand off with the county DCI officers.
“He had locked himself up in the offices when he heard the police officers respond to the break in. He however heeded calls to surrender” he added.
Mr. Boaz Okoth will be presented in court later today.
