A mason fell of the fifth floor of a building under construction and died in an incident in Mihango area, Nairobi.
The victim was busy at a site when a stone that had dropped off the roof top hit him pushing him to the ground.
He was pronounced dead on arrival at a local hospital.
Police say they are investigating the incident.
This is the latest such incident to happen in the sector in a series that have been happening in the city.
