Mike Sonko Sues Bolt Over Viral Driver Video

Former Nairobi Governor, Mike Mbuvi Sonko has sued Bolt Kenya demanding that the Bolt leadership takes stern action against a Bolt driver in a viral video showing the driver exposing his manhood to his female clients.

Sonko through his Lawyer Danstan Omari has promised to lock horns with Bolt Kenya should they fail to punish Moctor Indwas in relation to two videos sent by two victims of indecent sexual exposure which occurred on the morning of October 23,2023.

According to Sonko, in the said video, the Bolt driver, one Moctor Indwas indecently exposed himself to two female passengers in his car and committed an indecent act while Ferring the two female passengers one seated in front and the other in the back.

The two passengers aged 27 and 21 years respectively had ordered a bolt ride from Adlife Plaza Kilimani to Gachie when the driver indecently exposed his manhood to the said ladies.

Immediately the ladies had to abort the ride forcing the driver to drop them midway at Ole Nguruone Road in Lavington.

“We write to create awareness of the gross misconduct by one of your drivers and to prompt you to take swift action against the said driver failure to which will amount to your company entertaining the said sexual offences committed which are in contravention of sexual offences Act No.3 of 2006.” Demanded Sonko.

According to Sonko, as a former Governor of Nairobi, he has a duty to care and to protect the citizens and residents of Nairobi County especially the youth who are marginalised group.
