Mishra Cries Foul After His Multi-Million Business Empire Was Put On Auction

Former Keses MP Mishra Kiprop Swarup has lamented continous ‘political harassment’ after his multi-million empire was put on auction

Mishra let out a series of tweets on the popular X platform, indicating how the planned auction has troubled him.

The notice lists the plots of land located in different areas, including Blossom Area in Kiambaa-Kesses Division, Ngeria Centre, and Elgon View-Greenvale.

The first plot, measuring 0.2223 acres, is situated in the Blossom Area, while the second plot, spanning 10.0,30.6 and 10.0 acres, is located at Ngeria Centre.

The other two plots, measuring 1.076 acres and 1.086 acres, respectively, are located at Elgon View-Greenvale.

Mishra’s political career has been marred by controversy in the past.

He served as Kesses MP in 2017 but lost the seat in the 2022 elections to Julius Rutto, a political novice running on a United Democratic Alliance (UDA) ticket.

The allegations against Mishra’s family have raised questions about his sources of income and potential conflicts of interest.

The Mediheal Group Limited has been accused of misusing public funds and engaging in corrupt activities.
