Loise Wanja, weeks after her three-year-old daughter was hit by a drunk motorist while playing with her friends, is pleading for justice.
The four youngsters were playing when the intoxicated motorist slammed into them, injuring them.
According to the mother, the police arrived and detained the culprit before releasing him the next morning.
Wanja said that she was not provided the OB number, despite police claims that they would do so upon recovery of the daughter.
“I am the only parent to my kid and now I can’t afford to go to work since she can’t stay alone. She also has to be fed,” Wanja stated.
The mother expressed disappointment that the man responsible should not be walking free when her daughter is at home.
