Jose Mourinho has made an effort to fill the gap left by former Liverpool midfielder Gini Wijnaldum’s broken leg at Roma.
Sky Sport Italia reports that 25-year-old Camara will be in the Italian city soon to have a medical before signing a £1 million loan agreement with an option to sign permanently for £10.8 million plus add-on clauses.
Due to his injury, Wijnaldum is anticipated to be sidelined until Christmas, therefore ending his hopes of taking Holland to the World Cup finals in Qatar.
The international player from Guinea is seen by Mourinho as a like-for-like replacement, and his arrival comes soon after Andrea Belotti’s weekend transfer to Roma.
