Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe, has recieved a donation of Ksh 2.3 million in Personal Protective Equipment from Multi-Choice Kenya Managing Director Nancy Matimu.
The shipment will be used to help health staff, who are already on the front lines of the fight against Covid-19.
About 10,000 KN95 face masks and at least 2,000 disposable isolation gowns were included in the donation.
Dr. Naim Bilal, the Managing Director of the state broadcaster, KBC and the chairperson of Multi-choice Kenya, was present at the ceremony.
