Muslim Leaders Blast MPs For Passing The Finance Bill Despite Tough Times

Migori Muslim leader Omar Hussein Hassan has condemned the parliament for the passing of the Finance Bill 2023 saying the Bill will expose Kenyans to more hard times ahead.

The leader says that the current inflation situation seen in the country will be worse from next month when the finance Bill comes into effect.

He blamed the legislators for the mess they have put Kenyans into and said that the majority of the legislators are only working and pushing for their own interests and not the interest of the people and common Kenyans that voted for them.

He was speaking after the morning prayers to mark Idd Ul Adha celebrations in Migori Muslim mosque.

He told Kenyans to brace for hard times ahead and wanted the common person to prepare well for the situation since it will hit their economic well-being.
