Mwangi Wa Iria, the governor of Murang’a County and a presidential candidate, has stated that if he wins the presidency in August 2022, his government will offer a cow to every Kenyan citizen.
He said that his policy will be different from the rest of the aspirants.
“Some say that they will give out Ksh.6,000 to the needy but my government will provide every Kenyan citizen with a cow. One home, one cow, and I will make this come true. I want to start it before being elected as President,”
He stated that anyone interested in running for an elected position under his Usawa party ticket must first furnish cows, failing which they will be barred from running under his outfit.
“If you want to vie under my party’s ticket you will have to donate cows for the cause. We will sit down as the Usawa party and determine the number of cows MCA, Senatorial and Gubernatorial aspirants will donate.”
