Mwingi DCI Arrests key suspect in KMTC Lecturer murder case

The body was discovered by residents inside her car in a pool of blood at Mwingi livestock market

A suspect, Mr Jackson Nzaghi Wambua has been arrested in connection with the murder of a Kenya Medical Training College lecturer.

The suspect was raided by DCI officers stationed in Mwingi Town, in a sting operation that sought to solve the murder of the Mwingi lecturer who was found dead in her car on November 11.

A car, Toyota Probox and other documents pointing to the deceased were also recovered at the scene.

The suspect will be detained for 14 days in order to allow for investigations to be concluded.
