Spanish Businessman Conned Ksh. 1.6 Million In Fake Avocado Deal

Man Charged with obtaining Ksh 1.6 million pretending he was in a position to supply Avocadoes to the Republic of Spain.

Nelson Ngila Ngui was arraigned before Milimani Law courts with charges of obtaining 13,000 Euros amounting to Ksh 1.6 million from Santi Gomez Guerrero.

It is alleged that the accused person pretended to be in a position to supply Avocadoes from Kenya to the republic of Spain in a joint business plan a fact he knew to be false.

Appearing before Resident Magistrate Caroline Muthoni, the accused person denied particulars of the charges and was released on a bond of Ksh 800,000 with an alternative cash bail of Ksh 500,000.
