Nairobi Firm Lists 37 Vehicles for Auction, Invites Bids Before February 24

The listing includes a wide range of models such as saloon cars, SUVs, and commercial trucks from brands like Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, and Mitsubishi.

A Nairobi-based firm has announced a private treaty sale for 37 used motor vehicles, with a bidding deadline set for 12:00 noon on Tuesday, February 24, 2026.

This is a private treaty sale, meaning interested buyers submit sealed offers via an online portal rather than participating in a public shouting auction.

All vehicles are sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis. Buyers are responsible for all subsequent costs, including transport, repairs, and registration fees.

The listing includes a wide range of models such as saloon cars, SUVs, and commercial trucks from brands like Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, and Mitsubishi.

While specific prices for this 37-vehicle lot vary, similar recent auctions from Nairobi firms have seen reserve prices starting as low as KSh 159,000.

Prospective bidders are typically allowed to inspect vehicles at designated yards in Nairobi and other major towns before the deadline.

Offers must be submitted through the dedicated online portal before the February 24 deadline.Successful bidders must often pay a deposit (e.g., 25%) immediately, with the balance due within a few days of the offer being accepted.
