Nyandarua, Laikipia, Nyeri, Kirinyaga, Murang’a, Kiambu, Meru, Embu, Tharaka, and Nairobi counties will mostly be sunny this week, apart from Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoon, when some areas might be hit with showers. Cloudy conditions are also expected to prevail throughout the night.

According to the weatherman, the maximum temperatures in these areas are expected to be 29°C, while the minimum will be 06°C.

However, the weatherman has indicated that showers and rains might be experienced by some residents of Kitui, Makueni, Machakos, Kajiado and Taita Taveta counties, as well as the inland parts of Tana River County, for most of the week, both during the day and night, apart from Saturday morning, when it is likely to be sunny.

According to the forecast, the maximum temperatures in these areas are expected to be 34°C, while the minimum will be 16°C.

Showers are expected over a few places in Mombasa, Kilifi, Lamu, and Kwale counties, as well as Tana River County, according to the weather. Most of the nights will be partly cloudy apart from Thursday night, when it is likely to rain.

During this period, the maximum temperatures in these areas are expected to hit 33°C while the minimum will be 23°C.

Rains and showers accompanied by thunderstorms might be experienced by residents of Siaya, Kisumu, Homa Bay, Migori, Kisii, Nyamira, Trans Nzoia, Baringo, Uasin Gishu, Elgeyo Marakwet, Nandi, Nakuru, Narok, Kericho, Bomet, Kakamega, Vihiga, Bungoma, Busia, and West Pokot counties, especially during the day. Saturday will remain sunny throughout the day, as well as Wednesday morning.

Cloudy conditions are set to prevail during the night in these regions apart from Thursday and Friday, when it might rain.
The maximum temperatures during this period in these counties are expected to be 31 °C, while the minimum will be 08°C.

Marsabit, Mandera, Wajir, Garissa, and Isiolo counties might experience daylong showers and rains in a few places until Thursday. Friday and Saturday are expected to be sunny. Cloudy conditions are expected to prevail during the night in these areas. The maximum temperature is expected to be 38°C and the minimum of 16°C.

Daylong sunny conditions are expected in Turkana and Samburu counties throughout the week. During the night, cloudy conditions are likely to prevail. The maximum temperature in these areas will be 37°C, while the minimum temperatures are expected to be 08°C.
