Narayana Reddy, popular YouTube chef of ‘Grandpa Kitchen’ passes away

Narayana Reddy,of the popular ‘grandpa Kitchen’ in YouTube has passed away at the age of 73. Reddy gained popularity through his channel where he would showcase how to cook large amounts of food and then distribute it in orphanages.

Reddy who hails from Telengana in India won the hearts of many through his YouTube channel which had over 6 million subscribers from all over world and some of his videos gained 600 million views.

He would showcase videos making all types of meals from traditional biryani, burgers and pizza which he cooked without an oven a fact that wowed many as he used a firewood stove.

Reddy was also known for his desserts, from chocolate cakes to pancakes, milkshakes and pudding.

He is said to have suffered from age-related ailments for a few days which might have led to his death.

His last moments were seen in a video posted in the channel saying, “Loving, sharing and caring, this is my family”

Grandpa Kitchen, entertained people by cooking food and donating the proceeds to charities.

“Our goal is to provide basic necessities like food supplies and birthday gifts to orphans,” states their YouTube channel Patron.

Many people expressed their condolences through comments in a send off video posted on YouTube on October 30.

 “This is so sad. Not only does he feed the less fortunate he fed us with actually good and inspiring content. Rest in peace Grandpa.”

“He died smiling. I believe Grandpa had immense peace, comfort and went “home”, which is why he had a smile on his face. Rest peacefully Grandpa”

“The channel should be continued, and let his spirit touch every soul in heaven.”

There is no doubt Reddy touched the hearts of many through his humble acts of charity to the less fortunate. May he Rest in Peace.
