The Kitui branch aims to provide a diverse array of affordable financial products tailored to meet the unique needs of the local community. Notably, the new branch offers specialized financial solutions, including construction loans and asset financing for essential services such as hardware supplies and school buses.

“The significant agricultural output and captivating tourist attractions in these regions provide a vibrant landscape for development,” he stated. The bank’s outreach is ambitious, targeting public sector banking and seeking to engage clients from diverse sectors, including schools, churches, SACCOs, and hospitals, thus promoting financial inclusion in a county of about 1.2 million residents.
The opening of the Kitui branch has already started yielding results with a customer base of 668, complemented by an additional 430 customers in Nyahururu. These clients are expressing considerable interest in NCBA’s extensive range of financial products, which includes asset finance, construction loans, and money market accounts.
As the bank strengthens its foothold, it also aims to create pathways to prosperity through innovations like NCBA Till, mobile banking, and PDQ machines.
