NSSF CEO Omerikwa Retires After 5 Years

Anthony Omerikwa has retired as chief executive officer of the National Social Security Fund (NSSF)

The fund’s board has appointed David Mwangangi as acting chief officer and he will officially start serving from tomorrow.

Omarikwa has led the NSSF for seven years since 2015 when he was appointed acting chief officer and after being given the official position in 2019.

Through a statement, Omarika said that the fund has made great strides during his tenure.

NSSF has increased its financial level from 165 to 295 billion shillings.

Likewise, the organization has succeeded in retrieving some of its property that had been confiscated and strengthening its services through technology.
