A Kenyan Nurse has been arraigned in Court for stealing 28,332.23 Euros from a Belgium National.
Geofrey Kipchumba, a nurse under the Kenya Nurses Association was today arraigned in a Nairobi court facing charges of conspiracy to commit a felony under section 393 of the Penal Code.
Kipchumba is accused that on diverse dates between May 23 and 24, 2023 jointly with others already under prosecution conspire to steal from NCBA Bank account of a Belgium Citizen the said Euros totaling Ksh 4,823,960.
The accused Nurse denied the charges and was released on a bond of Ksh 400,000.
