State House Chief Of Staff Nzioka Waita will vie for the Machakos Governors seat.Â
Uhuru’s Chief of Staff, who hails from Mwanyani in Machskos County is seeking to replace Dr. Alfred Mutua.
In a live interview at Citizen TV, Waita says he is in talks with Kalonzo Musyoka for the Wiper ticket
He says his motivation is to grow the economy of Machakos.
“I will convince the people of Machakos that their resources are in safe hands, that we will consult them and deliver their development agenda, and that I owe them a duty of care to bring them closer to the center of government.“
Nzioka will launch his campaign at Ndithini in Masinga Constituency.
