In Kiambu, ODPP has charged Moses Kaniaru, Presiding Officer at Kinoo Vocational Centre, for breach of electoral code of conduct for failing to fill Form 39A and announce the results of Women Representative for Kiambu County.
Kaniaru was released on Sh.600,000 bond with one surety or Sh300,000 cash bail.
The matter will be mentioned on 29th August, 2022 for a pretrial and fix hearing date.
