Atlanta rapper Offset has released his third solo album, KIARI, now available on streaming platforms as of Friday, August 22. The 18-track project features an array of high-profile collaborations, including NBA YoungBoy, Gunna, YFN Lucci, Ty Dolla $ign, John Legend, and Key Glock.
The album marks Offset’s first full-length release since 2023’s Set It Off, which, along with his debut, both debuted in the Billboard 200 Top Five. This time, the rapper leans into personal storytelling, using music to reflect on life changes and past relationships.
One of the most revealing moments comes on the closing track, “Move On”, where Offset addresses the end of his marriage to Cardi B. Speaking to the Associated Press, he explained:
“It’s about moving on, like, peacefully. That’s what the message is supposed to be. It’s all love and peace… It was great while it lasted. That shouldn’t be the topic for either one of us no more. It’s a book that’s closed.”
Beyond the album, Offset hinted at possible future collaborations with his Migos bandmate Quavo, saying the two have reconnected and even floated the idea of a joint project to honor their late group member TakeOff.
“It’s possible,” Offset told Apple Music’s Ebro Darden. “First, we’re just checking in with each other and see each other’s worlds: ‘You good?’”
With KIARI, Offset blends vulnerability with star-powered features, offering fans both an intimate look into his personal journey and a reminder of his enduring place in hip-hop.
