An online marketer was today charged at a Nairobi Court over preparation to commit a felony contrary to section 308 of the Penal Code.
Bony Onyala who informed the court that he is an online marketer is said to have been arrested by police officers in possession of tools presumed to have been intended to break into people’s shops.
He was arrested on the night of June 2, 2023 in Nairobi in possession of a bunch of Keys and a screwdriver in circumstances that indicated he was intending to break into people’s shops.
He however denied preparing to commit a felony and maintained that he was an online marketer but could not explain to the court why he possessed the keys and screwdriver.
