He sold a roughly 10,000 square foot Los Angeles mansion for $6.52 million just last week.
In the Toluca Lake area, the six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom home sits on half an acre.
Kim Porter, an actress and model who dated Diddy from 1994 to 2007, lived on the property.
Kim was 47 years old when he and his wife purchased the home for $5.25 million in 2009 through a limited liability corporation linked to one of his long-time advisors.
