An international award has now been presented to a group of journalists who worked tirelessly to expose the bigwigs who hid money in the Pandora Papers.
The International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ) has been awarded the Malcolm Forbes Award for 2021 for their outstanding work in the Pandora Papers.
The Washington Post, Miami Herald, and nearly 150 other media partners are among the recipients of the award.
Even as this process is underway, Kenya’s President His Excellency Uhuru Kenyatta has not said anything about the matter.
Despite the fact that President Uhuru Kenyatta promised Kenyans that he would explain why he was named among those who kept large sums of money, he has chosen to remain silent.
However, majority of Kenyans are still waiting for the head of state to clarify the situation.
