A father who was arrested for allegedly impregnating his 14-year-old daughter has denied the charges.
Paul Guchu denied the charges before Kandara law court Murang’a before magistrate Sheila Nyaga.
The magistrate also approved the prosecution’s request to refuse the accused bond on the grounds that he may be lynched by a crowd and interfere with evidence.
The accused also did not object to the denial of bail. The case will be heard on January 12, 2023.
