Paul Pogba is scheduled to return for Juventus in their next Europa League quarter-final match against Sporting CP after another period on the sidelines.
The 30-year-old Frenchman’s comeback to the Bianconeri was completely disrupted by a catastrophic knee injury sustained in July that necessitated surgery in early September.
After missing the first 23 games of the Serie A season, Pogba made two cameo appearances against Torino and Roma before being sidelined again with a muscle injury.
Pogba was all smiles in Juventus’ training session in Continassa yesterday, according to Gianluca Di Marzio, carrying out the entire session with his teammates and increasing his intensity on the pitch.
