Machakos Governor-aspirant Wavinya Ndeti ruling at the court has set the stage for a series of events that could derail her ambitions.
The former Transport CAS is not out of the woods yet. Her tormentors are proceeding to the High Court to challenge a tribunal that cleared her.
Ngewa Kenya and Kisilu Mutisya had gone to the IEBC tribunal to challenge Wavinya academic papers.
But the tribunal cleared Wavinya, citing capacity to authenticate her degree papers.
Wavinya has been summoned by the the DCI as the storm builds.
The petitions have also indicated they will appeal the decision.
