Elvis Mwangi Wanjohi alias MC Zaku was today charged with cyber harassment after allegedly accusing a woman of using dead people to amass wealth.
According to the prosecution, MC Zaku on diverse dates between June 30 and July 15, 2024 while using his Tiktok account posted harassing content against Damaris Wanjiru Mureithi.
He is said to have posted three grossly offensive videos alluding that Damaris, the Chief Executive Officer of Dama mobile spares limited was arrogant and that her source of funds was ill-gotten from dead people.
Appearing before Chief Magistrate Bernard Ochoi, Zaku denied the charges and was released on Ksh 300,000 bond with an alternative cash bail of Ksh 100,000.
