President Ruto Began His 5-Day Tour Of Western Kenya On Saturday

President Ruto will then, at 1 pm, make a stop at the Alupe University in Teso South Constituency, and afterwards launch the affordable housing agenda at Milimani in Lurambi Constituency at 3 pm.

President William Ruto arrived at the Kakamega airstrip on Friday evening in preparation for his five-day development tour of the larger Western Kenya region, which began on Saturday morning.

Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi, Kakamega Governor Fernandes Barasa, and Senator Boni Khalwale, among other local leaders and government officials, welcomed the president in the region.

The Head of State began his tour in Busia and Kakamega counties.

He will launch a landing site in Budalang’i at 9 a.m., and thereafter open the county referral hospital in Busia town at 11 a.m.
