President William Ruto on Saturday commissioned a blue economy research hub at the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology in Siaya.
He was received by Governor James Orengo, Senator Oburu Odinga among other leaders.
Ruto is on the second and final day of his Nyanza tour.
Ruto on Friday evening arrived at the lake side city of Kisumu on day one of his tour of three Nyanza counties.
