President William Ruto was spotted walking through the streets of New York City on Monday as he made his way to attend the 7th Summit of the Committee of Ten (C-10) Heads of State and Government on the Reform of the United Nations Security Council.
The high-level meeting brings together African leaders under the C-10 framework to push for the continent’s common position on comprehensive reforms of the UN Security Council, including calls for increased representation for Africa in both permanent and non-permanent categories.
