BY PRUDENCE WANZA – Private Investigator Jane Mugo has finally presented herself in court to answer to threatening to kill charges.
Mugo is accused of drawing a pistol and threatening to kill Patrick Mugusia Kefa on August 15, 2019 at new Muthaiga in Nairobi.
She faces another charge of drawing a pistol without a lawful excuse and threatening to kill Deepa Shah on February 4th,2019 at Kyuna close in spring valley Nairobi.
Mugo denied the charges before Chief Magistrate Francis Andayi at the Milimani law courts.
She has been released on Sh.300,000 in the two different files.
Last week the DCI through a social media tweet said that Mugo is wanted for various criminal activities including robbery with violence, impersonation and threatening to kill.
Mugo has been ordered to present herself for processing and fire arm verification.
