He was accompanied by Narc leader Martha Karua, Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka, and other party leaders.
Before the rally, Raila convened a consultative forum with Nyanza leaders.
Residents flocked to the rally, where they were entertained by a variety of songs before the rally officially began.
The ODM leader made a triumphant entry into the lakeside city, where he was greeted by hundreds of his supporters.
