Azimio La Umoja One Kenya coalition presidential candidate Raila Odinga has announced a comprehensiveplan that will reinforce his vote-hunting exercise across the country.
In his speech while addressing Azimio leaders from Kiambu County, the former Prime Minister and ODM party leader said committees will be formed from wards to the county-level before linking up with the national secretariat to ensure a successful campaign.
Raila also stated that there are those who have been having fears of not being elected should they use his namein their campaigns.
According to Raila, no one should be worried because even if they are not elected, he will give them other jobs in the government he is hoping to create come August if he wins elections.
He also urged the candidates to hit the ground with the message of winning more voters and acting as a bridge between him and the people as he seeks to ascend to the country’s highest office on August 9th.
The ODM leader also stated that his team of experts tasked with developing his manifesto will be ready to release the document that will serve as the foundation for the Azimio campaigns next week.
Kiambu Governor James Nyoro, Laikipia’s Nderitu Murithi, National Assembly Majority Leader Amos Kimunya, Lari MP Johna Mburu and Murang’a Woman Rep Sabina Chege were among those who accompanied Mr. Odinga.
