Raila Pitches Tent In Nakuru As Ruto Tours Kitui, Machakos

Azimio presidential candidate Raila Odinga will on Tuesday take his campaigns to Nakuru county.

After a two-day campaign across the City county, Raila and his running mate Martha Karua held an open day on Monday.

This is part of the Azimio and Kenya Kwanza coalitions’ efforts to ensure that they have covered the most ground with only three weeks until the August 9 elections.

The 2022 general election has been dubbed the most competitive, with a lot riding on the two leading presidential candidates.

On the other hand, Kenya Kwanza presidential candidate William Ruto will take his campaigns to Kitui and Machakos counties.

His tour will begin at Kisasi market in Kitui Rural, then move to Kwa Kinyai in Kitui East, and finally to Tulia market in Kitui West.

In the afternoon, he will travel to Katulani in the Kitui Central constituency, then to Masinga and finally to Matuu in the Yatta constituency.

The trail will then continue to Kola market in Machakos Town before concluding at Githuguri (Airport) in the Mavoko constituency.
