US rapper Trey Songz was arrested on Sunday, after he engaged into a physical fight with a police officer at a sports game. – By Sharon Maina.
The 36 year-old rapper was arrested on accounts of trespassing, assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest.
According to TMZ who shared the video of the incident, the two are seen in what seems like a heated argument Trey Songz is seen throwing a punch toward the officer’s head.
But the officer manages to pin Trey in the same way Gorge Floyd was pinned. While this was happening fans in the field were seen recording the whole incident telling the officer to stop and Trey was shouting get off me. This was another incident of a white cop harassing a black person.
A source told the TMZ that the whole incident began when fans wanted to get a picture with the star while the game was still going on. Trey told them to chill out and that is when the police officer approached Tory when he told them to chill out.
