Nzioka Waita’s opponents have resulted to to faked KBC posts as the former Chief of Staff takes Machakos by a storm.
The KBC Digital team have exposed the fraudsters and distanced themselves from the post that indicated the increasingly popular candidate was to vie on an ODM ticket.
Nzioka is yet to declare his party preference after it emerged Wiper would back either Wavinya Ndeti or Patrick King’ola.
KBC has forwarded the fake post bearing its logo to the Communicatons Authority for investigation.
If the offence is linked to a politician, he could be disqualified from contesting in the August 9th elections.
