Road Infrastructure Update, Mogogosiek Ward in Bomet County

The project is nearing completion, with only minor works such as graveling and compaction remaining. However, the completion of the remaining works on the Mlango Mbili–Kaproret road has been hampered by heavy rains currently being experienced across the country.

The County Executive Committee Member (CECM) for Roads, Transport and Public Works, Hon. Ambrose Koech, today conducted a routine inspection of the ongoing construction of the Mlango Mbili–Kaproret Primary–Kimugul road in Mogogosiek Ward,Konoin Sub County.

The project is nearing completion, with only minor works such as graveling and compaction remaining. However, the completion of the remaining works on the Mlango Mbili–Kaproret road has been hampered by heavy rains currently being experienced across the country.

CECM Ambrose also inspected the recently completed Kimori Primary School–Muserekwe road. This vital link now provides residents of Muserekwe village with improved access to the main tarmac road connecting to Mogogosiek town and surrounding areas.

The County Government of Bomet remains committed to enhancing infrastructure, improving accessibility, and ensuring efficient service delivery for all residents.
