Waruguru’s post has fueled rumors that she may defect from President Uhuru Kenyatta’s Jubilee Party to UDA leader William Ruto.

Before joining UDA, Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru teased the public with a photo of herself with Susan Kihika and Aisha Jumwa.
