Ruto Submits List Of Cabinet Members To Parliament

President William Ruto has officially submitted to parliament a list of cabinet nominees for consideration.

On Thursday afternoon, National Assembly Speaker Moses Wetangula relayed the President’s message announcing the 22-member cabinet and Attorney General Nominee Justin Muturi.

MPs are required to complete the process of approving or rejecting nominees within 28 days of notification.

“As you are aware the Committee on Appointments is yet to be constituted, this has been occasioned by the fact that the House Business Committee is yet to be formed,” Wetangula.

HBC is in charge of nominating Appointment Committee members.
