Ruto To Set Up Police Task Force To Address Salaries

Kenya Kwanza Government will establish a task force to assess police personnel’ terms and conditions.

President William Ruto highlighted that his government is dedicated to improving police personnel’ working conditions.

“I’m going to organize a task team to look into the wellness of police personnel at all levels of the force,” President Ruto added.

The task team would examine at concerns like as pay, allowances, clothes, and housing, which have long plagued police officers.

In during campaign, Ruto and his running mate, Rigathi Gachagua, promised that if they won the August presidential election, the Kenya Kwanza coalition would restore respect to the civil sector.

The Kenya Kwanza alliance, according to the duo, would guarantee government personnel are supported at work, including improved pay and promotions.
