Dr. William Ruto, the Kenyan President-elect, has finally filed his response at the Supreme Court of Kenya.
Hon. Ruto, was responding to a petition filed by the Azimio la Umoja leaders, Raila Odinga and Martha Karua challenging his victory in the August 9, 2022 polls.
The petitioners plead with the Apex Court in Kenya to nullify Hon. Ruto’s win by declaring that the IEBC chairman erred in fact and law by declaring the said respondent as the president-elect.
