Murang’a County Women Representative Sabina Chege has failed to appear before the IEBC hearing over her remarks on election rigging.
According to her lawyers, Rarienda MP Otiende Amolo, and Senator James Orengo, Sabina was admitted in hospital.
This comes after a decision to sue the IEBC on a decision to proceed to full hearing.
Chege petitioned the High Court in Nairobi, requesting the court to prevent the electoral commission from proceeding with their hearing and further investigation into the incident.
