Safaricom PLC has announced a planned system repair that will take place from 11 p.m. on Saturday, May 20, to 4 a.m. on Sunday, May 21, 2023.
In a public statement issued on Friday, the company stated that a variety of services, including PayBill and Buy Goods Lipa Na M-Pesa, will be unavailable for the specified time period.
M-Pesa Business to Customer (B2C) and Business to Business (B2B) portals, Daraja Portal and all M-Pesa APIs, M-Pesa organization portal, dealer portal, and Lipa Na M-Pesa portal are among the others.
Western Union and M-Pesa Global services, as well as the M-Pesa App and Safaricom App, will be discontinued.
Further, M-Shwari, KCB M-Pesa, M-Kesho, Hustler Fund, Fuliza New Limit allocation, Pinless Top-up, and loT services are some of the services available.
