A college student is believed to have killed his girlfriend before taking his own life in a suspected love triangle incident in Witeithie, near Telaviv.
The victim, a student at TIBS College in Thika, was found murdered by her lover, who later died by suicide through hanging.
Preliminary findings reveal that the man was married and had one child.
Detectives from the DCI in Juja, along with OCS Hussain of Witeithie Police Station, processed the scene before the bodies were taken to General Kago Funeral Home in Thika.
Investigations into the tragic incident are ongoing.
