Ganze Member of Parliament Teddy Mwambire has told students in the constituency to remain focused on their education.
Addressing Vyambani Secondary School students at the institution, he said many of them especially those from the constituency go through a lot of family and social challenges but that should not be a recipe for chaos and low self-esteem.
The MP was at the school for a groundbreaking of classrooms at the school which has a population of 655 students (both boys and girls).
“I know that times are challenging and you have been facing different challenges. But this should even encourage you to be good people in the future. You can shape and realise this through education,” he said
The school in far-flung Ganze and which borders both Kilifi North and South constituency has had a deficit of classrooms among other strategic infrastructures for quite some time.
“As I officiate the groundbreaking of the classroom we are also completing a one number classroom which was left pending by the immediate NG – CDF administration. The funding of these projects will be through the Ganze NG – CDF,” he said.
