Milimani Law courts has issued summons to Brian Njoka Muturi to appear before the Court and give his version of a story in a case where the Son of Speaker Justin Muturi is the complainant in a Robbery case.
This comes after Mr.Muturi failed to appear before the court where he was expected to testify in the said Robbery.
The prosecuting counsel pleaded with the court to invoke its coercive power to compel the said complainant appear before the court.
The presiding Magistrate (Ben Mark Ekhubi) satisfied with the submissions by the prosecution, granted the prayer compelling Mr.Muturi to appear before the court in person on September 14,
In the case,Brian Njoka Muturi was robbed a total of Ksh 720,800 by Dennis Murimi Wanjiku on diverse dates between August 22 and 23, 2019.
