According to court documents, the man who left with the woman was declared the biological father of the child by her.

A man’s case seeking compensation after his wife eloped with another man from the hospital is dismissed by the court.

The Kisumu court of appeals dismissed an unusual case in which a man sued St. Mary’s mission hospital for failing to detain his lover after she left the premises with another man after giving birth.

In the case before Judge Kiage, the appellant stated that he took “the woman he loves” to a hospital labor ward in the aforementioned hospital in 2020 to deliver but that “after the child made a landing,” the woman left the hospital with another man.
