Today, August 8th, all roads lead to Mount Kenya University’s Thika Main Campus as the Class of 2025 turn their tassels and proudly graduation.
Students from Equip Africa Institute, MKU’s TVET college, are also graduating in their 4th official ceremony.
The two events have been combined into one massive celebration of academic achievement and fresh beginnings.
Voices of proud families cheering and applauses will definitely be heard in the venue, it’s a moment that proves education still matters and that despite the current hustle and incompetent governance, young people are still working hard, chasing their goals, and showing up for their futures.
For the graduates, It’s a reward for all the sleepless nights, early morning lectures, last minute assignments and group work with hectic classmates.
